Over the last 25 years, Richard’s focus has been on customer centricity and innovation in the way businesses win, grow and manage clients in a rapidly changing world. He previously worked as Global Sector Head at sales performance consultancy Mercuri International and now leads the management team at SalesLevers. Richard works with high-level, sales-based clients by diagnosing the current situation; formulating good ways of working; developing people and those who lead them, tuning through continuous implementation and re-calibrating for the changes ahead. He believes we are experiencing a radical and rapid shift in the way business relationships need to be managed.
